Wanted to convert my ductless oil-burning system to something more affordable that also gave me AC, so contacted several contractors regarding ductless mini-systems. All seemed like they knew what they were talking about, but Nathan with Prime gave me the most confidence that the system he proposed would get me completely off oil. He was also the most responsive to any questions I had and visited several times to insure I was well-informed about the process. Once I accepted their proposal, the work was scheduled quickly and completed within 4 days (6 heads and 3 outdoor units) in spite of being short-staffed due to illness for two of those days. Just turned off the oil system and activated the ductless, and once I figured out that the sun icon means 'heat' and not 'summer', I was quite satisfied with the heat it produces and am sure I'll be equally satisfied with the AC (well, unless my electric bills become unaffordable - too soon to tell). But as far as Prime is concerned, I'd recommend them without concern. Dustin and Byron (and Nathan) did a great job with the install and explained everything thoroughly. I have confidence they'll be equally great to work with for maintenance and repairs. - 1/08/2024 

Prime HVAC are professional, budget friendly, and a pure pleasure to work with. Dustin, Byron, and Nathan know what they are doing and will not steer you wrong. I have a big dog and these three dealt with him so well. They also left my bathroom cleaner then when they arrived. They used plastic to cover my sink and not one speck of dust remained.
