I had the pleasure of working with Dominic, Brandon, Nathan, and Brian, and every one of them was exceptional. The team was prompt, professional, and very respectful of our home. They kept the work area clean and organized throughout the project, which we really appreciated.

One feature I especially liked was their text notification system when a technician was on the way—a small touch that makes scheduling much easier.

It’s clear that Prime Home HVAC takes pride in their work and customer service. I will definitely be using them for all of our future preventative maintenance and HVAC needs.

			Outstanding! Prime Home HVAC gave me thorough, custom, no BS furnace and AC quotes for the size of both my home and my budget.

Installation day was seamless. Dustin, Byron, and Alex were on time, professional, thorough, and precise. They took the time to walk me through my new system (80 KBTU and 3 Ton) as well as connecting and showing how to use my new WiFi enabled thermostat.  The new system is ultra quiet too.
