We recently had a ClimateMaster Tranquility 30 geothermal system, along with a steam humidifier and UV light, installed in our home by Prime Home HVAC, and the entire experience was outstanding.

From the beginning, they came highly recommended by our local ClimateMaster distributor, Creative Energy, and they absolutely lived up to that recommendation.

I had the pleasure of working with Dominic, Brandon, Nathan, and Brian, and every one of them was exceptional. The team was prompt, professional, and very respectful of our home. They kept the work area clean and organized throughout the project, which we really appreciated.

One feature I especially liked was their text notification system when a technician was on the way—a small touch that makes scheduling much easier.

It’s clear that Prime Home HVAC takes pride in their work and customer service. I will definitely be using them for all of our future preventative maintenance and HVAC needs.

Outstanding! Prime Home HVAC gave me thorough, custom, no BS furnace and AC quotes for the size of both my home and my budget.
Installation day was seamless. Dustin, Byron, and Alex were on time, professional, thorough, and precise. They took the time to walk me through my new system (80 KBTU and 3 Ton) as well as connecting and showing how to use my new WiFi enabled thermostat. The new system is ultra quiet too. Getting a new heating and air-conditioning system can be very stressful, but Prime Home HVAC made it a great experience!

Dustin and Byron did a great job installing our S Series AC unit and readily answered my questions. Brian was great to work with before the sale too. The inverter compressor on the outside unit is crazy quiet when running! Anyone with a unit near their patio should get one

This was a 2 1/2 day job consisting of installing a steam humidity system in my HVAC and a 5 stage reverse osmosis water filtration system and a pressure pump. Prime is the only company we have do any work on our house. The boss and all the workers are friendly and are skilled. Everything was explained all through installation process to me. Everything works with no issues. The entire area was left clean after the job was finished.
We’ve had major work done by Prime last year and are enjoying the comfort in our home from that. Whatever the future hold regarding maintenance or other needs it will be Prime we call.

They were the most professional, patient, and kind group to work with. From the receptionist to the techs, everyone really heard our concerns. They came out. Evaluated the situation, and within days, we have a wonderful system and our only regret was not calling them sooner.
